My mission is simple: Represent the property accurately, truthfully, and with integrity.

I will give you attractive interior and exterior photos, showing the home in it's best light. 

 

ALL photos are edited as needed and are 100% MLS ready .

 

I am bonded and insured, a GCAR affiliate member, an authorized  Supra E-Key holder, and a Zillow Certified Photographer.

1-3 Br's - Up to 2000 square feet +/- 20 Photos $139

 

2-3 Br's - 2001-3000 square feet +/- 25 Photos $159

 

3+ Br's - 3001-4000 square feet +/- 30 Photos $189

 

3+ Br's - 4001-5000 square feet +/- 35 Photos $219

 

4+ Br's - 5001-6000 square feet 35+ Photos $269

Shoots are scheduled Mon-Fri during normal business hours and are typically 1 to 3 hours on-site, depending on the size and details of the property.  

Photos will be available for MLS resolution and/or Hi-Res print quality as requested. 

Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours.

 

Photos (2-3) needed in addition to property photos, such as community, pool, gate entrance, etc, are included at no

additional charge, but I must be notified prior to the shoot. 

Other photos, such as mountain/lake/river view not viewable from the property are available at additional charge.

 

Payment:

All major credit cards are accepted. Paypal and Venmo are also accepted. 

Payment is due upon delivery of thumbnail proofs.
